Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to join our team in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. The successful candidate will support daily HR operations, manage recruitment activities, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR-related administrative processes.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and follow up on probation periods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Support HR reporting and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
