About the Role

Blackbird Training is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Istanbul. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, improve internal processes, and support cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow

• Coordinate with different departments to maintain effective communication and collaboration

• Monitor and enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices

• Identify operational challenges and resolve issues promptly

• Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and insights

• Support the implementation of new projects, initiatives, and process improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
