The role is primarily to maintain and be responsible for the input and accuracy of the Company’s accounting transactions and records, including reconciliations of the accounts. Accountant & Admin Assistant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Controlling customers’ accounts and account information.
2. Make any required adjustments to the above mentioned accounts.
3. Preparing related reports upon the need.
4. Assist Finance Manager in managing expenses requests & accounts.
5. Assisting with monthly closing process.
6. Assisting in Human Resources procedures and files.
7. Assisting in preparation of payroll and sales commissions calculations.

Managing administrative tasks i.e. procurement of office needs, maintenance, and any other administrative tasks that might be needed.
