Social Media Specalist

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
2. Create high-quality content including posts, stories, graphics, and short videos.
3. Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and interaction across social media platforms.
4. Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments in a timely manner.
5. Analyze performance metrics and prepare insights to optimize future content.
6. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promote training programs.
7. Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
8. Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new ideas to improve online presence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management, preferably within the training, education, or service sectors.
• Strong content creation skills, including basic design and video editing.
• Excellent writing skills in English (Arabic or Turkish is a plus).
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual detail and trends.
