Turkish to English/Arabic Translator

LikeCard is seeking a skilled translator with a background in e-commerce/fintech to join our office in Istanbul - Turkey as full time. As a translator, you will be responsible for translating product descriptions, website content, and other materials from Turkish to English or Arabic. Additionally, you will be expected to provide instant translation support for live meeting interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product descriptions, website content, and other materials from Turkish to English or Arabic
• Provide instant translation support for live chat or customer service interactions
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness of translations
• Collaborate with other translators to ensure consistency across all materials
• Manage translation projects from start to finish, including proofreading and editing

Requirements:

• Native fluency in English or Arabic
• Excellent proficiency in Turkish
• Proven experience as a translator, preferably in an e-commerce or marketing context
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with translation software and tools
