Job Objective
To communicate with potential and existing clients to introduce the company’s services/products, achieve monthly and annual sales targets, provide suitable solutions, and build long-term client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Search for potential clients and build a strong database of target customers.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Explain the company’s services and present suitable offers based on client needs.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful deal closure.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Represent the company professionally and adhere to its values and policies.
- Monitor the market and competitors and provide suggestions to improve sales processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in a similar sector).
- Excellent communication skills and strong persuasive abilities.
- Proficiency in computer software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Preferably proficient in English.
