Job Objective

To communicate with potential and existing clients to introduce the company’s services/products, achieve monthly and annual sales targets, provide suitable solutions, and build long-term client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Search for potential clients and build a strong database of target customers.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Explain the company’s services and present suitable offers based on client needs.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  • Represent the company professionally and adhere to its values and policies.
  • Monitor the market and competitors and provide suggestions to improve sales processes. 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in a similar sector).
  • Excellent communication skills and strong persuasive abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Preferably proficient in English.
