مطوّر ‎Backend‎ خبير للعمل مع منصة تجارة الكترونية

We’re seeking a Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB to join our engineering team. You’ll help design and build scalable backend systems powering our multi-language, multi-vendor marketplace platform. Knowledge of Python is a big plus.

This role is open to candidates located in Syria or willing to work remotely. 

Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js .
• Design performant MongoDB schemas and queries.
• Create secure, modular, and maintainable backend code.
• Plan and implement RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services like payment and logistics.
• Work on multi-vendor, multi-language, multi-currency e-commerce architecture.
• Optimize backend performance (Redis, caching, load balancing, JWT, rate limiting).
• Implement strong security and data protection practices.
• Write unit and integration tests; participate in CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate using Git (GitHub/Bitbucket) and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
Advanced skills in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and session management.
Knowledge of asynchronous programming and modular architecture.
Experience with Docker, cloud environments, and microservices.
Strong Git workflow and team collaboration skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
Located in Syria or open to remote work (Syria preferred).
Python knowledge is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
• Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ, and message queues.
• Some knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with monitoring tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
