Requirements:

• Experience in IT Support (L1–L2), Network Administration, or System Administration.
• Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• English is required.
