Payroll and Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll and Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our e-commerce company LikeCard operating in UAE, KSA, Syria, Egypt, and Turkey. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll and compensation and benefits administration across these countries, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing excellent customer service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire payroll process for all employees across UAE, KSA, Syria, Egypt, and Turkey, including processing employee timecards, calculating pay, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages.
• Administer employee benefits programs across all countries, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
• Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent across all countries.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws related to payroll, compensation, and benefits in each country.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in payroll and compensation and benefits administration across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to payroll, compensation, and benefits in UAE, KSA, Syria, Egypt, and Turkey.
