Job Overview:

We are looking for a full-time proactive and organized Operations Officer to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across the organization in our office which is based in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. The ideal candidate will coordinate teams, monitor processes, and support management in operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Coordinate between internal teams and departments for effective collaboration.

Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and ad-hoc operational reports.

Monitor supplies, equipment, and resources needed for operations.

Identify and help resolve operational or administrative issues.

Implement operational procedures and best practices to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Energetic, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Ability to work independently and lead or collaborate with teams.

Previous experience in operations or office management is a plus.
