Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience as IT / Technical Recruiter
• Strong understanding of IT job roles, skills & market trends
• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
